The installation imitates the showrooms that one would see in the visitor centers of new residential projects that promote the “new Palestinian” lifestyle. In this dollhouse-like showroom, the juxtaposition of the fragile cardboard furniture and its realistic accessories is meant to create a realm that plays on the difference between what is real and what is imagined.
The Installation is divided into three parts: the living room, the kitchen, the kids’ bedroom.
